Our hard core BOYS ROCK program has adopted the USAG Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Program and the FIG Age Group Program, utilizing all six apparatus - Vault, Pommel Horse, Rings, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar and Floor Exercises. We have seen young men enter this programme "troublesome" and "unmanageable", and graduate out of it focused on achieving, respectful and law abiding, then they go on to become productive, decent members of society.
